For details please click here IMPORTANT NOTE: Whatever method you choose to donate money to Education Aid, if you are a UK Tax Payer, your donation can qualify for tax relief. Just print and fill in a simple Gift Aid Declaration Form and send to us. For details please click here If you are in employment and if your employer runs "Payroll Giving" scheme you can get tax relief on any donations made to Education Aid. Under the scheme your employer will deduct a fixed amount as authorised by you from your salary each week or month and send the same to our account. The amount will not count as taxable part of your salary. So every pound you give will in effect cost you only 78 pence. If you are a higher rate taxpayer it will cost you only 60 pence. Some employers will even match your donation i.e. for every Pound they will give a Pound from their own funds. Government adds another 10% to your donation. Ask your employer for details. If you are tax payer, your donation whether a single amount or regular payments to a charity are eligible for tax relief. There is no minimum limit. For every £3 you give, we get an extra almost £1 from the tax man without costing you a single penny extra. Therefore if applicable, please complete and return the Gift Aid Declaration Form to Education Aid. Click here for the Gift Aid Declaration Form. Notes: You must pay income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax on the amount of your donations in the tax year, currently 22p for each £1. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your annual tax return. If in future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax, you can cancel your declaration.
